Unless they know for sure that LA is leaving why would Portland do this? They already have a waiters-esque like player in mccollum, Perry Jones is inconsistent, Kanter Kan't play d, and god that is not nearly enough for LA.

Portland wouldn't help okc take their best player. Never going to happen. That means they give OKC the division crown for the next 4-5 years.
