MIA gets Reggie Bullock

PHX gets Chalmers and birdman.

MIA is looking to trade Chalmers and birdman to clear capspace and they get a young wing who is a decent shooter.

PHX has some extra cap space and getting some champions who will help defensively on the perimeter and interior will make them much better. Plus they add pg and center depth which they really need.
