Lakers offseason

- trade 2nd pick and J.Randle for D.Cousins
- trade 27th pick and 34th pick for 20th pick, and draft J.Anderson
- trade N.Young to Hornets for a highly-protected 2nd round pick
- renounce all own FAs' rights except E.Davis and W.Ellington (each hold 0.95M on salary cap as cap hold)
- trade rights to J.Anderson and two future 1st round picks for J.Butler (3-year, 51M: starting from 15.9M, includes player option)
- sign R.Jefferson (1-year, 2M)
- re-sign E.Davis and W.Ellington via bird rights
- sign C.J.Watson (1-year, 3M) via room exception
- sign K.Marshall, L.Fields, J.Evans and R.Hollins (1-year, min.)


Clarkson - Watson - Marshall
