Millsap is probably low key Kevin Love with defense. I think he'd make a great replacement for Love but this trade hinges on Hawks confidence of resigning Horford. I don't think Hawks do it since although they may trade Millsap they'll probably wait until after draft when they strike out on Horford in FA.

Celtics would have given up the Brooklyn pick for Love at the All-Star break, but not now. Love is probably worth #16 and a few seconds. He's losing value every time he takes the court (or doesn't) .

I might be minority but I think the Celtics should go for just Milsap no love, once they sign Horford I think that will push us up to ECF and Milsap might not cost us the 3rd pick, I still think that the Milsap-Horford front court is the best in the league.
