Anyone who thinks Hinkie did a good job, You're clueless to no end. Any bum off the street can tear down a team and lose! Hinkie is where he should be, NBA unemployed.

Ecl52-
To look at the sixers team now versus when hinkie got there and not think they are in a better position is beyond crazy. People that didnt/ still can't see that have no foresight. When I say "better position". I'm talking about to win a championship, which is what this, atleast to myself is all about. Teams like Washington, Houston, hawks, bulls, grizzlies etc. are content in getting a decent seed in the playoffs every year and then being 1st or 2nd round knockouts. And if that's what you want as a fan then fine, but myself and I hope most would like the opportunity to root for a championship team.

There is only around 4-6 teams every year that have a remote chance at winning the trophy. That's a fact. To be in that group you need to have the best players. That's a fact. All the best players today are looking to play with other really good players once they reach free agency to have a chance to win the trophy. That's a fact. There are also certain locations, city-wise, that can draw players (LA, MIAMI, newyork etc) for obvious reasons. That's a fact. So unless you get these guys through the draft, I would guess that atleast 60 percent of the teams in the league have no chance of winning a championship anytime soon.

Hinkie was taking the only viable way of building a champion based on the current rules in a city that isn't one of those city's that would attract the top guys.

Look at all the high picks (and players) the guy has accumulated versus what has actually been traded away and anyone with half a brain can see that he was a winner in literally every trade that he has ever done as the sixers gm.

Who's your team ECL? let's compare.

I'm disgusted by the return for Noel. Coangelo basically got Anderson and 2 2nds. Disgusted. Hinkie 2.0 basically.
