clips get a rising star and gortat makes any team better regardless of the franchise direction

seems obvs for the wiz, they can't pay oubre and they need a player like dj, gortat is the only guy on the current team getting more than 7 rpg, and they need more consistent scoring, opj is not a reliable #3 (more 3+D)

Gortat, Oubre, and a 1st would do it. No need to add Meeks and Smith. The clippers don't have enough roster room for them anyways.
