Lakers dream and puts them on top.
Lakers Trade Ingram Deng and two first for Leonard.
Have 83 MIL in cap sign George James and Jordan. Use mle on Evans. Use the mini level on Noel. And Tony Allen for much he can get.
Ball/evans
Leonard/hart
George/allen
James/kuzma
Jordan/noel
Ball can use this whole summer and work on 3pt. Shooting.

Not nearly enough for Leonard. If SA makes him available, they’ll get much better offers.

Remember he b will be an expiring contract so teams not going to give up house for him. Like with Paul George and cp3.

Still, it would wind up being more than that. Just getting rid of Deng would take something like Ingram, or both of those 1st rounders, and that's when they would have been good. If Pop sees these types of moves on the horizon, there's no way he'll give much value to those picks. You'd have to add in Kuzma or Ball, or possibly both, for it to be a consideration.

There's also a big difference between Leonard and George. As far as I can tell, Leonard hasn't said he's leaving the team, and wants to go to one specific other team. That completely tanked George's trade value.

i think this trade would be most likely to happen later in summer 18 or before the 19 deadline. so if kawhi doesn't get his extension by start of next season. his trade value could be similar to what pg’s was, it kinda depends how he comes back this year and his impact in the playoffs. the later the trade happens makes things more interesting for what the lakers offer.

deng’s last contract year is 19/ 20 so the closer to that, the less “sweetening” required. also ingram would be up for extension that would kick in for 20/ 21 season i believe, so that is 20+ mil a season for multiple years, so that starts once deng expires, spurs wouldn’t ever be paying both at once. also, if lakers don’t get any stars in FA, i think ingram could breakout next year, honestly i wouldn't trade him period.

but i'd say one first lightly protected would be fair (pg trade was for two good young players, no picks and oladipo was already on his extension payscale)

You never add two potential stars for expiring contract. Plus two first.
