There is no way Minny gives up Butler for Ball, nor will Paul sign for $20M a year or Redick at $5M.

Minny will have a nice run with Butler this year, but he's already 29 and he's going to ask for a big contract when he's 31 years old. And Minny also have to pay KAT a max contract after next year. Ball is on a rookie contract for three more years. So that will give the Wolves time to develop and still stay under the luxurytax. So i think they would consider this trade offer.

CP3 is almost 34 years old. He doesn't need the money anymore. He wants a title and he has the same agent as LBJ. And the sponsors will give hime some extra money for playing in LA with LBJ. CP3 wants a title and this team has a window for beating golden state. And there are many good younger pointguards in the league, so his value could go down fast.

The offer for Reddick is a . little low, but he had a big contract last year and the teams don't have the capspace to spent the same next year. LA could try to get W Matthews if Reddick refuses the offer.

I think as time goes by the value Ball has being on an affordable rookie contract deteriorates based on his Dad's circus. On the surface Minny seems like the perfect place away from the bright lights of L. A. for Ball to develop maturity on and off court. Shame his Dad can't do the same. Minny passes.

There are too many things wrong with this scenario that I am not even going to list them.
