Not a very good return for Aldridge, and Leomard both. Knight is not great, and coming off of injury, Parsons is a shell of his former self, 1 pick just for taking him. Bender is ok. Essentially 1 good pick, and Jackson for Leonard, and Aldridge. Pass.

I didn't post LMA. I posted LMA, and Leonard. I was pretty clear on that. The whole trade stinks. MEM isn't looking to get older, and PHX is tanking for pick position for their "rebuilt". Leonard isn't going to PHX at this point in his career. Leonard isn't leaving SA before he gets a new contract, or ever possibly. Is that more definitive for you?

SA get a great package to rebuilt.

Phoenix would want to start winning and Leonard would make them a contender. The tandem Booker-Leonard would be awesome.

And nobody knows what Memphis want. they should have traded Conley and Gasol before the tradedeadline. LMA/ Gasol/ Conley have a small window the next two years. And Memphis can't tank because the celtics own the 2019 pick (unprotected in 2020). so why not give it a shot.

I think the Suns would do that, but the Spurs just don't get enough back here and I can't see Memphis doing this. They're currently the worst team in the NBA. I'm not sure adding a healthy Conley and Aldridge even guarantees them a playoff spot. Their supporting cast is terrible and I think there has to be a legitimate concern that Gasol is starting to slip. His shooting numbers and defense are both way down this year. It could just be a product of the players around him and lack of motivation, but I don't think we'll really know until next year.
