Celtics get Kawhi Leonard and Patty Mills

Spurs get Gordon Hayward, Terry Rozier, the Kings/76ers pick, and the rights to a player overseas

The Celtics get another superstar to compliment Kyrie and they put themselves in position to have one of the most talented rosters in the league. The Spurs move on from Kawhi and get a new number one option in Hayward, add a stellar young point guard talent in Rozier, and acquire draft assets to help rebuild while staying competitive.

1st does Kahwai want to play
2nd where does he want to play because he is a free agent soon
3rd how bad is this mysterious injury that one of the best sports medical teams can't figure out
4th This would not sit well with coach Stevens he was a major factor in Hayward coming to Boston
No doubt kahwai is worth that package if not more when 100% mentally and physically.

Spurs say no. 30 mil per yr for a player who may never be the same in return for a better sf.

Ain't happening.
There is no chance that Boston will trade Hayward. Irving maybe, Rozier sure. But not Hayward.
Irving and a first in the teens might get it done for Leonard, if he agrees to sign long-term.

Why would the spurs say no? They get an all star coming off a bad (but not career threatening) injury. They also get a young PG that looks dominant at times. And they get a first. Seems like a great haul for Leonard even without the injury/ sitting out issues.
