Suns trade Dudley, Warren, Ulis, #16 pick, #59 pick
Suns get #4 pick Grizzlies, Parsons, Noah

Grizzlies trade Parsons, #4 pick
Grizzlies get #9 pick Knicks, Warren, Ulis

Knicks trade #9 pick, Noah
Knicks get #16 pick, Dudley, #59 pick

Suns:
Doncic/Knight/vet PG
Booker/Daniels
Jackson/Parsons
Chriss/Bender/Williams
Bamba/Chandler/Noah
- Suns draft #1 Doncic, #4 Bamba
- let Len, Payton walk
- Suns take Parsons' and Noah's bad contracts but it is worth, especially considering the mentoring factor from needed veterans and Suns can afford due to their young core and huge cap flexibilty

Grizzlies:
Conley/Ulis
McLemore/Snelden
Brooks/Warren
Green//Martin/Rabb
Gasol/Davis
- add #9 pick (Sexton, Bridges, Knox...)
- huge cap relief adds flexibilty (Warren/Ulis vs Parsons) to make moves and to sign new and/or own FA (Evans)

Knicks:
Mudiay/Ntilikina
Lee/Dotson/Baker
THJ/Thomas/Dudley
Porzingis/
Kanter or O'Quinn/
- also huge cap relief gives Knicks more flexibilty (Dudley 9.5 expiring contract over Noah's 2y 37.8m remaining contract)
- resign either Kanter or O'Quinn
- add #16 pick

PHX would say that's too much to give for "just" the 4th pick. Nobody (not even a team like the Suns) wants to be saddled with the bad deals that Parsons an Noah have. You might have tossed Deng in there to make it a trifecta.

Parsons deal is significantly worse than all bad deals in the nba. Batum is a close 2nd. #4, parsons for chandler and warren is probably fair. Or something along those lines.
