cavs get Lowry and Poeltl. Powell

raptors get hill and first round pick.
(only if James stays)

then raptors select tra young..

then bring in Jason Kidd as there new coach

Hill is on an expiring deal. He basically clears out Lowry's huge contract for them. They don't have to value him as a player. They would value his contract structure.

Lowry doesn't go unless a whole bunch of other dominoes also fall (Derozan, Ibaka) .

Lowry wants to win and it dosent matter who it's with now. if the raptors stay the same they need to change there mind set. but they need a leader who scores at will particular a PG. Derozan is still young and gets better each year. unless they restart and trade all 3 Lowry Ibaka and Derozan there's no point in restarting.
