It's a bad trade for the Knicks because they're going to be bad next year and they should just try to build through the draft. Until they can put together a good young team, the stink of Dolan is going to scare off any good free agents. The Knicks need to prove they have a competent front office and that things are going to be a mess. Brooklyn might some how be the more appealing option in NY in the next couple of years like the Clippers were for a little while.
