That isn't the rumor. The rumor is that the suns were talking with dudly and chandler to get one of them to accept a trade for a buy out. Dudley did, and the rumors are now that Chandler is not being bought out.

True about PHX looking for one out of the 2 to buyout and it was Dudley, but, if a deal can be made to move Chandler somewhere they won't hesitate to do it.
