Supercollider I've seen you post this before, but you are mistaken. The Sixers and Celts did a pick SWAP. The Celtics get EITHER the Kings pick OR the Sixers pick, whichever is better, unless one of them turns into the #1 pick. In that case the Sixers get #1 and the Celts get the other one. So of course they could trade it.
