K Thompson took a discount last time, so he could want a max contract this time.

An All Star and a unprotected draft pick is a good return for a player that could be gone next year.

GSW is going to sign all of their guys. Just because it's expensive doesn't automatically mean they won't do it. The year after the grand building opening is when I expect guys to leave, and of course when losing starts.

@Gasupo, I think you let Durant go before Thompson if there is a financial issue but GSW will keep all 4. Plenty of Players trying to get a ring late in their career that will fill in bench and backup spots cheap.
