Powell gets more minutes and his time to show if he has it. and Raptors get another shooter for the playoffs.

Cavs take a gamble on Powell but not a bad role player.

they need a surprise player and I feel Powell can ball when he has minutes. plays very similar to a poor man's wade. and a better waiters.

I'd keep Powell. I like Powell over Fultz too. Korver is expiring, expect a 2nd. That's the only pick I'd give for his old ass!
