If I'm the Suns I would probably do the following:
•Tank this year, use their Pick to draft Zion.
•Unload Anderson's contract by packaging him with Jackson to open up cap space.
•Sign a point guard (probably Walker, Rozier, or Russell)
•Use Rest of cap space to build bench (I would probably - resign Holmes, add McConnell, KCP, and Portis)
•Possible Playoff Team
PG Walker/McConnell
SG Booker/KCP
SF Warren/Bridges
PF Zion/Portis
Ce Ayton/Holmes

- Do you guys think this is a good idea or is it too unrealistic?

Jackson isn't enough for a team to take on anderson.

IMO, PHX will probably:
Stetch and waive Anderson in January.
Trade Ariza for a minor asset (likely a pick)
Make a move for a PG either Rozier or Russell. Russell is purported to be close pals with Booker.
Make another move to get some size at the 4
Yeah, it looks like they are tanking, (sigh) again.
Resign Holmes.

Yes they are tanking. Since they are a tanker they should take advantage of Andersons deal dropping to 15 mil next season. Russell isn't a good defender but Dinwiddie is? It's extremely unrealistic because signs of the playoffs for the Suns should be limited this or next season and Walker is giving all indications he isn't leaving CHA. M. J. Said he would sign him. Suns need a PF. Jackson is a cheap lottery pick rotation player. Trade him for value or keep him, it's cost effective and being deep at the SF is smart in todays game. Trade Anderson, Jackson 4 Lopez, Portis.
