I believe the Bucks would pass. Reddick played for 1 year with Milwaukee, And said he couldn't wait to leave. Butler has a wrist injury now, (He says) Middleton is going to be an allstar, Ilyasova played for Philly, and also couldn't wait to leave. Plus Snell AND a 1st rd pick? Good for Philly, Bad for the Bucks. According to the NBA East Standings, Milwaukee really has no need for Butler or Reddick.

You really think that the Sixers and Milwaukee are going to conduct a trade together when they are competing for playoff positioning? Aww. No.

So in theory you believe playoff teams from the same conference never make trades? That would clearly be wrong.

Nearing the trade deadline?

Let's see.

2018 Heat-Cavs Wade trade. Favor to wade trade.

2017. None

2016. 2 exchanges of bench players.

2015. None.

So I guess I needed to be clearer for nondrainer. Nearing the trade deadline, playoof teams within a conference tend not to trade with themselves and if they do, its a minor trade of bench players (not star players) . Good?

Maker just requested a trade from the Bucks today. send him to the Cavs. for R. Hood! T Thompson is out for a while, Plus maker can join Dellevedova and Henson again in Cleveland! From a first place team to a last place team! Then he can get his "requested" playing time he's looking for.

Actually wrong fredman. You based that solely on end of year standings. 2017 nuggets traded Nurkic. Not only to a conference team also fighting for playoffs. But divisional. It’s just fascinating that you talk about how high your standards are thus you nit pick everyone’s trades and if people disagree or say stop with the salary comments you talk about how knowledgeable you are and you won’t be silenced blah blah. However. When you post something that fails to meet even low standards, which you yourself disproved even though you clearly ignore a lot of other transactions that would count, you get all salty and defensive.

Point is. Just stop with the “I have high standards I sit on espn trade machine all day”. It’s played out. You don’t add anything to the convo. Like at all. You aren’t making a counter point when you go aw no, clearly not, salary, same division and whatever other garble you rant about.

Yes, I definately disagree with telling anyone to stop with their comments. Notice how I haven't been telling you to stop with your comments throughout all of this? Everyone has a right to comment even if you or I disagree with them. Whether it be about salaries, talent, or team competitiveness is irrelevant. Promote sharing opinions and differing points of view instead of trying to silence them.
