@shizzee if they add AD, they absolutely would be willing to join. Nobody cares about being in Lebron's shadow. KD has said that he feels he is better than lebron. The big names that have requested trades in the past year have all had the clippers on their wishlist. Guys will want to be there. I think KD will either choose NYK or LAC. Kawhi is a clipper 100%

@fredman exactly! they can essentially have the trade agreed upon and draft the player that NOLA would want. 4 picks, 2 lottery picks from last year, a 20ppg scorer, and one of the best bench big men in the NBA is arguably the best haul they could get.

@shizzee how so? the pelicans are really high on shai and wanted him in the draft. They would get 3 1st round picks and one being the unprotected heat pick which is very valuable and 2 lottery picks from last year? But you think that lonzo, kuzma, ingram, and 2 picks is more attractive? lonzo is not averaging double figures in any stat and shooting 41% from the free throw line. He is one of the most overrated players in the league because he's a laker. look at the lakers without lebron, if they do that trade, the pelicans would be doing the same. that's why they were bsing them.
The celtics really only have tatum and picks to offer. that is, if they do offer tatum.
who knows what the knicks would give up, but they don't have the draft picks to trade either.

Agree, that Knicks offer is slightly better but it all comes down to how the Pelicans feel about the youth. Remember, there are quite a few NBA executives that belief Zion has a fair chance to be a bust because he is showing limited shooting, poor handles and below average passing. Their words not mine.

What Zion is good at is off the charts, but he has some glaring weaknesses as well. I think watching Fultz bust as a #1 pick has some GMs concerned about drafting players with significant weaknesses.
