What of the sixers offer Eric Bledsoe a max contract?

As a philly fan I don't understand why there are no talks of us making a move for bledsoe. we have no shooting at the 2-guard so why not run a two point guard system like bledsoe did in Phoenix, which produced a 40+ win team in the west.

I want to find the balance between competitive and tanking so we don't have to endure another 26 game losing streak
