ORL - CHI - PHI

ORL trade Oladipo and 2 1st rounders (2016, 2018) - receive Butler

CHI trade Butler - receive Okafor, 2 1st ORL and a 2nd from PHI

PHI trade Okafor and a 2nd rounder (2017) - receive Oladipo

PHI - ATL

LAL 1st 2016 (top 3 protected) and Landry to ATL, Schroeder to PHI.

1.) 05 Apr 2016 14:45:21
I see you olidipo trade but the Schroeder trade is terrible.

2.) 05 Apr 2016 16:08:27
According to a report, the Sixers are going to offer Schroder a massive FA contract in the off season. I guess they'd rather use cap space than use draft picks to get him.

3.) 06 Apr 2016 13:08:48
What do you mean? Schroeder will only be a restricted FA in 2017, by then the ATL PG choice will be done and Schroeder will either be gone or signed to a big contract.

TreGib do you think we are giving to much? It's a risk for them, LAL with Russell, Clarkson, Randle, one of Simmons or Ingram with a couple of max FA can aspire to take their pick out of the top 10.

Sixers - OKC - Hawks

Sixers trade Okafor, Covington, Thompson and 2017 2nd round pick - receive Ibaka and Schroder

OKC trade Kanter and Ibaka - receive Okafor, Covington and 2017 2nd round pick (a future star center on a rookie contract and a 3&D nice small forward backup)

Hawks trade Schroder - receive Kanter and Thompson (a Horford replacement and a backup shooter)

Sixers draft:
Brandon Ingram (76ers)
Timothe Luwawu (MIA)
Wade Baldwin (OKC)
Jaylen Brown (if LAL pick conveys, top 3 protected)

Max out Bradley Beal
Sign Tayshaun Prince (Brandon Ingram role model)

Bring Dario Saric over

So it's:

Dennis SCHRODER - Wade BALDWIN - Ish SMITH
Bradley BEAL - Timothe LUWAWU - Nik STAUSKAS
Brandon INGRAM - Jaylen BROWN - Tyshaun PRINCE
Serge IBAKA - Dario SARIC - Jerami GRANT
Nerlens NOEL - Joel EMBIID - Richaun HOLMES.

Dreamer.

2.) 27 Feb 2016 19:01:17
Hawks aren't trading Schroder for a bad contract and a backup.

3.) 27 Feb 2016 19:05:15
Well Schoder is a backup himself right now, and they going to need a center after Horford leaves, not sure if they can find better than Kanter.

4.) 27 Feb 2016 19:36:41
Very optimistic draft picks too.

5.) 27 Feb 2016 20:09:27
There are some nice PG's and SG's that are going to fall in the 20's with similar value, been seeing those two there in a couple of mocks and are the ones that might fit the most. Would be ok with Valentine and Jackson or Levert and Morris or Newman and Korkmaz. Where i think i'm reaching the most is with Bradley Beal, but he would put himself in a nice position as an alpha dog with a maximum contract on a team that in a short future will be regularly playing deep in the playoffs.

6.) 27 Feb 2016 20:16:14
If you see guards in the 20s then why wouldn't sixers just draft one there instead of trade ok4 to get schrader?

7.) 27 Feb 2016 20:29:21
Problem with Beal is WAS option to match any contract, which I am sure they'll do, no matter what.
Considering picks, Luwawu, Valentine, Jackson, Korkmaz, Baldwin, even Trimble should be gone before 20. pick; afterwards, there are several interesting players, LeVert, Malik Newman, who could be a steal long term if picked in 2nd round, even Briscoe has potential to be in league. (also Briscoe and Bembry could be fine players, and are currently projected in 2nd round)
LaVert (6'7 guard, with decent skills) and 19 year old Newman could be best solutions in this situation.

8.) 27 Feb 2016 20:51:15
Schroeder is barely the backup. They made it clear they are giving up Teague. So for that package they flat out say no. Sixers do not get that kind of return for basically okafor and some mediocre pieces. Just not realistic.

Luwawu is projected top 10 in recent mocks. How in the world does he drop to Miami?

Wade Baldwin is projected around 15-17. Yet you have him going around 30?

Like all the other comments said. This is just unrealistic dreaming. No chance on so many points.

9.) 27 Feb 2016 22:21:55
Phillyrich1 its a diferent thing to bring a 22 years old guard with 3 years in the nba and the potencial of a guy like Dunn and draft a project that can or not reach the potencial in the 20's, Schroder can be a starter with the same age of the top guard in this draft. I like Ibaka not just for the basketball qualities but also for the mentality that the Sixers are trying to build, two way potential, fast and athletic ball and team first guys like Noel, unlike Okafor that has an amazing offensive potential but should be a better fit in a team with a diferent dynamic.

10.) 28 Feb 2016 01:51:50
Fair enough.

11.) 28 Feb 2016 13:55:41
I like all the disagrees I got on this trade. Thanks Pizza.

12.) 28 Feb 2016 17:40:00
phillyrich, the only pizza is your second profile which was deleted. I don't actually agree/ disagree on this site. because i know this is a wild thought. that nonsense doesn't matter to me. I enjoy having banter about players and trades, not looking for self-esteem boosts with a bunch of people liking my post. that's what fb is for.

13.) 28 Feb 2016 22:41:42
Knicksalltheway is pizza and pizza is knicksalltheway.

14.) 29 Feb 2016 00:33:56
I was. But then you made a profile using the name pizza. Made a post yesterday. And got deleted for it lol

Seriously. You really need a new hobby besides anonymous message board cyber stalking. That could lead to some more complex issues down the road mister. Meet the new Jared fogle lol.

15.) 28 Feb 2016 22:44:51
Huh? You could have just asked. Old log in doesn't work. What's your point?

You said the only people that are allowed to give valuations on the sixers players are sixers fans. If that's the case, why are you posting here and not a sixers fan site?

You really need to learn to stomach criticism. Especially when it's true. I know I know. All analysts are wrong and you and tre just know in your heart of hearts that okafor will be the best player from this draft. Everyone else will learn they were wrong! Defense, and an utter lack of playing it or learning it, is just so overrated!

Orlando say no to the first deal and Philly say no to the second deal.

2.) 28 Dec 2015 13:24:54
I think it's a no on the first deal from the Sixers. Olidipo is just not a good enough upgrade for giving our best player at the age of 19. I might do the worse of either the Miami or Okc pick for snell.

76ers - MAGIC - SUNS

- Philly trade Okafor to the Suns, Suns send Bledsoe and a future 2nd to Orlando, Orlando send Oladipo to Philly

Philly then:

- Max out one of Beal, Fournier or Batum
- Pack MIA #24 + OKC #26 to trade up for W. Baldwin
- Sign Gerald Green (MIA) UFA
- Sign Kevin Martin (SAS) UFA

Starters:

OLADIPO - BEAL - SIMMONS - SARIC - EMBIID

2nd team:

BALDWIN - MARTIN - Covington - Grant - Noel

3rd team:

McConnell - Stauskas - GREEN - Landry - Holmes.

ColtonBenjamin

1.) 18 May 2016 14:11:35
Why wouldn't Sixers just want to keep Bledsoe and then try to sign a FA SG? Draft Ingram and now you have a starting 5.

2.) 18 May 2016 22:26:16
I agree with phillyrich1. It sounded good until you brought Oladipo into it, especially when you want to bring him in to play pg. I like Knight over Oladipo if you are looking for a younger player to grow with the team but I'd want more from Suns if I'm giving up Okafor.

04 Apr 2016 14:37:48
PHI - CHI - ORL

PHI trade Okafor, 2017 2nd - receive Oladipo

ORL trade Oladipo, 2016 1st, 2018 1st - receive Butler

CHI trade Butler - receive Okafor, 2016 1st (ORL), 2017 2nd (PHI), 2018 1st (ORL)

PHI - ATL

PHI trade Covington, LAL 1st (top 3 protected 2016 and 2017)

ATL trade Schroeder

DRAFT:

1 - Simmons or Ingram
22 - Thon Maker
27 - Dejounte Murray

FA:

Batum
Prince

Schroeder - Murray - Smith
Oladipo - Stauskas - Thompson
Batum - Grant - Prince
Simmons - Thon Maker - Landry
Embiid - Noel - Holmes.

ColtonBenjamin

1.) 04 Apr 2016 21:35:51
Why include the 76ers? The bulls obviously want Oladipo, Vucevic and 2016 1st. Just making things confusing. Murray and Maker get picked earlier.

2.) 05 Apr 2016 12:44:33
The Bulls never indicated interest in vucevic. The local newspaper article, which is the only one in the nation to report this supposed blockbuster trade proposal from unnamed sources, said it was for an unnamed player and oladipo. However. It wasn't vucevic. Likely Gordon or Mario.

Bulls aren't trading butler and having an average center be one of the main pieces. Bulls want none of that nonsense. Could just sign gasol for that money, and that would at least provide some defense.

3.) 05 Apr 2016 12:55:26
At the time it was either Vucevic or Frye because the salaries needed to math. So it was NOT Gordon or Mario.

4.) 05 Apr 2016 14:55:26
The report you read clearly stated the bulls had no interest in vucevic. Perhaps would have included harris for salary purposes. but the bulls were not willing to trade butler for essentially Olidapo and a 1st. Thus the trade didn't happen. The magic refused to let go of the young core, aka gordon or mario.

The salaries are only off by 2+ million in a trade for butler for olidapo and gordon. Aka, they will accept a filler of a couple million, not the bad 4 year contract of vucevic. I know you want to get butler without breaking up the core, but as many teams have learned, low ball offers don't get franchise players.

Philly say no. They lose Noel and the possibility to grab a star for a middle of the pack bunch of guys.

Philly wouldn't do it for sure, this is a 2 guys draft. They wouldn't pass on either Simmons or Ingram for a rental in a year they know they aren't ready to contend.

Why not take MIL out of it and trade Ibaka for Okafor and a 2nd or something like that.
