With all the injury bugs in mn. Pek is moved. Jj can play multiple positions to help with rotation. He is steep. But one year rental. If he plays sixth man and it works. Wow. If not. We walk away with that cash after next year.
Philly gets another first rounder. For eating contract
Nets give up late first. But save luxury $$$ and three no guarantee tries to round out an already strapped budget

Pek's contract is way too big to eat for a late first.

Philly would not want to take Peks contract and Joe Johnson would only take time away from young guys on the wing so it wouldn't be a good idea to trade for him, plus the luxury of having a sixth man would be pointless if the rest of our rotation is depleted

Perks contracts too high for that late of a pick. Remember Sixers traded for Magee 10 mil but got back a top fifteen protect pick.

Suns take a solid chance on their medical staff
Suns trade dragic and Len
Mn trades the big pek. , Miami 2019 second, no 2017 2nd.
Salaries work. They want to trade dragic and the Suns get a real big who can set real screens for their two headed slashing pg line up. Solidified the front court a lil. Fight hard for the 8 th seed this year. That's the point is keeping that seed.
Mn gets to reset on pek. Adding a younger big and a pg that is truly needed. The second rounders are for flavor. And mn has more to offer if Suns get greedy. Convincing dragic to stay becomes mn problem. But should be doable with the new team build.
Thoughts?
1.) You do realize that the Suns expect Len to be better then Petkovic come next season, right? You also realize that Len is 21 and not 28?
2.) Once again dragic alone will net the suns at least a 1st rounder and Len is a solid big

Interesting take.
My points. I don't trade bazz. because as your second unit. He is going to stay exciting offensively. U just need to get deing into the second unit to help defensively.
Agree with trading Payne. Your offseason signings and trades are kinda garbage.
U throw max at Barnes and second max at batum and see who bites. Barnes should be number one. That get Lavine as your sixth man or Barnes as your small ball four.
Draft bpa at five our that pick gets traded for a starting quality player. This team needs another versital big like towns and to solidify the wings. This isn't asking a lot. Just patience.

Wolves want a late first round pick. So trading an actual rookie with upside for Martin is the same thing. Done. Sign the deal. Let's move on.

So we lose a lil imo swapping Rubio out. But we get an upgrade and youth with other two players. This is worth thinking about.
If wolves can find a buyer for Lawson right away and add to the trade. This could be doable. Don't the sixers need a pg? Lol.
