Celtics get there final piece by grabbing Jaren Jackson at 3 the best defender in the class and one of the Youngest with crazy potential and hawks stack up 1st round picks to build with probably tank another year and potentially having 2 top ten picks(there's and sac) and another top 15 in Memphis's

Jackson would be a good pick up. Just don't think C's will get him. But you never know. Great size and is a 2 way player that can hit beyond the arc.
If Ainge can find a 3rd team to place C Parsons to facilitate a trade with Memphis then it could be a possibility … Jackson can stretch the floor for variable matchups.

No my point is they won’t get what they could’ve for Kawhi because he wants out. Indy could have gotten a lot more for PG if he hadn’t said he wanted out. Not about where they go.

Am I the only one that thinks Boston should want Hayward more than Leonard? Hayward chose to go there, and has 3 years left on his contract. Giving up assets (especially a potential top 5 pick) to get a guy that might not want to be there, and has a shorter contract seems like a bad move.

Bmiller, it's a bit of a risk, but Leonard is so much better than Hayward. Not playing this year and signing with a big name team has really inflated people's opinion of him. He's averaged 20 points in a season 1 time, he's an above average defender but not the impact player that Leonard is, he's only made 1 allstar game and he's coming off a major injury. Leonard can be the best player on a championship team, Hayward can be the 3rd best in most circumstances and 2nd in the perfect circumstances.

Honestly, can Leonard be the best player on a championship team? The last 3 years Leonard was the star, SA went: Bounced in the first round; out in the second round; out in the conference finals (in a sweep that Leonard only played one game of) . If he's healthy in 2017, I don't think that series goes more than 6 max (but likely 5).
He may have a Finals MVP, but he wasn't the best player on that team. Not close.
Also, Leonard has averaged 20 ppg in two seasons and is a two time all star. And is coming off a major (? ) injury. Not that different. Certainly not a top 5 pick different.

Leonard was 3rd best player in the league last year, he's led good teams deep into the playoffs, he is a 2 time 2 dpoy, finals MVP, and averaged 27 points a game. He's a better offensive players, defensive player and rebounder than Hayward. Hayward was the 2nd best player on a team that was a 1st round exit.

Boston isn’t going to trade Kyrie Horford (all stars) Brown (who will be one) Rozier and Morris for no all stars in return or young promising players sure the picks are nice but I’m not blowing up my team for a couple picks and if they wait 1 year they have Memphis top 9 protected Sacramento’s #1 protected clippers lottery protected and there own.
