Bleacher Report just reported Avery Bradley to Detroit for Marcus Morris.

Maybe Crowder is part of a bigger deal for Gasol or another Big.. Either way C's need a paint clogger..

1.) 07 Jul 2017 15:43:17
Initially I didn't like it for both teams but I guess it works for both. Celtics don't get the big man they needed but they get a solid all-around, cheap pf/ sf that could start for them.

For Pistons Bradley gives them the player they hoped KCP would eventually become. Since Bradley is due an extension next season and Pistons already over the cap I assume they don't plan on keeping both so this is likely mean they won't resign KCP. An interesting turn of events since they seemed to be very high on him but I'd be wary about giving him the 20+ mill per year he likely wants too. Moving Morris also opens up some minutes for guys like Stanley Johnson who looked promising in his rookie year.

Maybe Monroe from Milwaukee for Smart?

3.) 07 Jul 2017 16:36:26
Might want to call Minnesota. Dieng is probably available.

4.) 07 Jul 2017 16:45:16
Monroe for Smart doesn't work after the Hayward signing and with Delly and Smart both being on the roster seems redundant for the Bucks.

5.) 07 Jul 2017 17:51:17
Bucks are looking for another PG, Dellavedova has been playing PG/ SG as has Brogdan Also PG/ SG. GPll will soon be gone, as will Vaughn. Milwaukee is pretty much a "Position less" team. Smart could also be the PG/ SG they are looking for. Boston still needs a center that can take up space. Monroe does that, plus he is also a scorer. But, Boston would also have to give up either another player, or one of many draft picks they hold. to even out the trade.

Crowder and Smart

1.) 05 Jul 2017 04:40:46
Celtics can't afford Vucevic. They have to trade Crowder or Smart to make room to sign Hayward.

2.) 05 Jul 2017 05:25:59
Sure they can.

3.) 05 Jul 2017 06:38:54
for me i want to unload bradley bec his contract is expirkng crowder have a very good cheap contract.

4.) 05 Jul 2017 11:51:59
Needs to be Crowder, because with Brown, Tatum aND Hayward, he is redundant. Plus, with his contact, he is very desirable to other teams. Of course, that doesn't mean that try won't trade Bradley or Smart as well.

5.) 05 Jul 2017 17:37:28
Crowder and Bradley for Vucevic is the move I was looking at as well. Crowder is the odd man out as far as the rotation is concerned, and he's the contract people will want. Both Smart and Bradley are up after the coming season, but Bradley is the one you'd have to move in this trade as he's the one who's contract makes the money work in this scenario. At that point, I think you move Brown into the starting lineup, and keep Smart in his role off the bench. Rozier gets more minutes, and Horford and Vucevic are your primary bigs with Zizic coming off the bench.

Boston- Chandler

Suns- Mickey, Zeller, Rozier

1.) 03 Jul 2017 17:09:24
Zeller just got waived.

2.) 03 Jul 2017 17:23:28
But he can easily be brought back.

Boston trades 3 for 5&10...

Trades 5 for future 1st rd. and player and picks Markkanen At 10.

1.) 21 Jun 2017 08:20:25
Good luck.

18 Jun 2017 04:28:26
I think Jackson is a smoke screen on the 22nd.. C's will trade that 3 pick for the 5&10 and offer NOLA these and all the #l's from Philly and next year's Nets and Boston's and player(s)s for AD, hey it's worth the gamble.. Either way they have assets to get extremely good to teams that want a change.. Vucevic, Butler, George, Drummond would all look good in GREEN..

1.) 18 Jun 2017 05:39:44
Kings would be foolish to give up #5 and #10 in this draft to get #3. Don't think Pelicans are open to trading AD with Cousins in town now. I trading #1 for more picks signals they are gearing toward the future more than the present.

2.) 18 Jun 2017 22:42:04
Why do all the Celts fans post the most ridiculous trades? Heard that LeBron may try for LA after '18. Why don't Celts offer #1 for him? Throw in another 1st rounder in '18. What do you think Celts fans? Deal?

Philly is clearing space now for next year with hopes that LBJ goes to them instead of LAL, if he leaves at all. Booker will help this year and then be a UFA next year.

LBJ's best shot to win another title would be with Philly not the Lakers.

rk. Bledsoe is still in Phoenix because he has little trade value, especially not being played the Suns are making his value less and less each day. Bledsoe is a good player but because of his antics he's put himself in this position and teams are shying away from him.
As far as Rubio, I only replied to a post knowing that the Suns made a mistake by sending him home, that only hurts his trade value more and more as each day passes and Rubio would keep his mouth shut and play hard. That's all

With Fultz hurt I think that if they can get something (s from Philly it could be a good landing spot for Bledsoe. Okafor would be that expiring contract, Philly I think would give a future pick to rid themselves of Okafor.

I am talking stats from this year, and yes Bledsoe averaged 20+ over those 3 yrs. And again if the Suns could get Rubio and something else I think they would be happy. Bledsoe played on a crappy team which allowed him to get those #'s. My guess he goes to the 76er's for Okafor now that Fultz is hurting.

Rubio isn't the drama queen Bledsoe is.

And for that reason Suns would make out in this deal with a better player. PPG are even, but Rubio is a much better rebounder and better at handing out dimes as well as steals.

Suns would have interest, but I'm sure Rubio wouldn't.

dacman is correct.

rk, hopefully when Morris comes back he'll help spread the floor. But right now they need a big. With the loss of Hayward I really can't see the C's being any kind of threat in the East now. And also can't see any deal for one those bigs unless Brown or Tatum is involved with multiple 1st rd. picks.

Trading Bradley is going to come back and bite DA in the butt, KO will be missed as well.
