Tell ya what. Modify this deal to leave Jackson with the Suns and replace him with TJ Warren. Suns get Russell and Portis, give up Warren and Bender, and let the assortment of 2nd rounders sort themselves out as to who gets which ones.

A few years ago when Brook Lopez was rumored to go to OKC I would've liked the trade but with the emergence of Steven Adams I don't think it makes sense for Thunder. They've committed big bucks to Adams who is only 23 and I don't think the two can coexist that well with neither being a natural fit at pf.
Brooklyn should trade Lopez for young assets and draft picks but I don't think OKC is the team. They should look at Portland, Milwaukee and Charlotte to trade Lopez to.

BKLYN gives up two expiring contracts and all we get is the 17th pick and all of that salary to tie BK up for at least three more years. NO THANKS. I don't think anyone would make this deal unless buck fan.

u must b a giant Miami fan and or must hate Boston. Miami gets all that for Goran Dragic, Justise Winslow, and throw-ins. not even for whitehead.
