Kyrie + steph in the backcourt sounds amazing offensively but they’re both undersized and would get cooked defensively. KAT at the 4 is particularly atrocious on defense, and Jokic isn’t much of a defender either. The only true plus defender you have out there is a 37 year old.
@76lesgo lineup is the only correct answer imo. They’d wipe the floor with your lineup. If it’s only healthy players, I’d go BIG with Steph/ KD/ LBJ/ Giannis/ Embiid.

I definitely think that KD and Giannis are minimum requirements. They fit with everyone and are unquestionably the two best wings in the league.
I’d probably go with Lebron, KD, Giannis, Kawhi. Then either Embiid, Jokic, or Steph, I can’t decide on the 5th.
Though Draymond (or George) as the 5th makes them completely switchable and huge without a lumbering big in the middle and no traditional small PG.

How is siakam considered a super star? He doesn't produce numbers he kinda sucks!! It's VanVleet and lowry! Why do yall think he's worth so much 12,8,6 don't get me wrong that's good but not worth a max he's a lil better then wiggins

He sucks in front of Tatum. Defensively, he’s also kinda disappointing. Yeah some of you here will say he is still young but this is a series to forget for him.

The whole playoffs he can forget. That’s the investment teams make to keep potential stars but seems like an overpay at the moment. To me, never seemed like a first option anyway and would need a Kawhi to take attention off of him to flourish.

I couldn’t agree more with this. I’d say he’s a far better defender than Wiggins but offensively, Wiggins is close. Siakam got way too much credit for the regular szn.
His fg% dropped massively even tho his ppg went up. Not to mention, his turnover to assist ratio went up which is expected with the loss of Leonard but even so. Also, his value over replacement was 2.0 which would suggest he was statistically as good as a middle to high end starter but definitely not an all star. His steal and blocks per game were good but not what you would expect out of a “phenomenal defenderâ€.
He definitely contributed to his teams wins but not nearly as much as Lowry and vanvleet. Not to mention, most of the trades here have him as a young guy with tons of potential when really, he’s older than Giannis, most likely already in his prime or at least his athletic prime, and didn’t improve as a shooter or playmaker (both things you would expect a young guy with potential to improve on) . He’s a good player but his 29+ million per year through 2024 gives the raptors much less flexibility until that point. He’s a good player but not worth that kind of money based on what I said.

29 million for a guy that can be the second or third option on a championship team isn’t that bad.
He’s the same as Aldridge, Bosh, both Gasols, Kemba, Klay, McCollum, Bam, Pierce, ray allen, and tons more.
None of those guys could win as the best player. But they were all good enough to be a star of a championship team.
His stats will sink in the playoffs because teams game plan to stop him. I don’t think that’s something you should kill him for.

I think he is a 3rd guy on a championship team. VanVleet is better based on this playoffs. If the Raptors cannot find a star to lead them they will be again a round 1 round 2 dweller for years.

Parker isn't going anywhere. Especially not for salary shed Aldrich. Thibs dreams maybe. How about Dieng straight up while we're dreaming, and a Bucks unprotected 2019 1st, and 2nd. Bucks will S&T if Parker wants out, and match anything if he wants to stay.
