Milwaukee receives: Demarre Carroll

Brooklyn receives: John Henson, DJ Wilson, pick #17

Milwaukee sheds a bad contract in John Henson for Carroll's expiring deal. Carroll played well with the Nets last season and they have a chance to capitalize on his increased value. Brooklyn wants to acquire a first round pick in the teens, even if they take on another bad contract in doing so.
Wilson struggled with Milwaukee, but Brooklyn liked him during the draft process last year.

Maybe if it were a 2nd rather than a 1st.

I think Memphis gets hosed here, I would need at least one of Ntilikina, no. 9, or a future 1st in addition to what Memphis is already getting.

Eh if I'm San Antonio there's probably much better offers for Kawhi, why trade 18 for pick 4 and role players when you can get Jaylen Brown (who would be a perfect fit on the Spurs) and at least another lottery pick if not a bit more from Boston. Also I would be shocked if Porter Jr. falls to 8, too many teams are interested in him ahead of the Cavs.

I don't think the sixers give up both assets for McCollum. If Mikal Bridges isn't there at 10 then maybe I do it but I think Bridges will be there and for me he is too good a fit here to trade away. Let Fultz develop his game while keeping the valuable 3 and D guys.
