Honestly sixers may pass. Smart just doesn't score the all well enough. Okafor may not defend but smart doesn't score. Sixers might look elsewhere. Okafor is so young and so cheap. You could keep as insurance for Noel leaving and embiid injury. Seriously Okafor is a little defense away from being an elite player. He's got to get motivated more. He just doesn't have the effort to be great on defense. But if he becomes just average defensively Okafor could be a great back up. I mean he put up 26 and 9 boards the last time he startered. Kind hard to give him away for smart.

Offense is a lot easier to get better at then defense. And as a Celtic fan and someone that dislikes Smart very much, he has the ability to score when he's hot. He is definitely a more all around player then Okafor will become
