I like deal for Lopez as he is one of better offensive centers in the league and unlike Monroe he can defend the rim decently. Lopez has also been able to stay healthy lately. His only downside is he isn't a good rebounder for someone his size. Lopez has decent range on his jumpshot so he'd be a good pick and pop option and is less of a lane clogger than Monroe. If I'm Nets I'd probably want a little more maybe adding Vaughn.

The big winner of this trade would be the Boston Celtics as Nets are losing their best player and they own Nets 1sts next few years. If I'm Boston I'd consider adding a 2nd rounder or a little something to help push this type of deal through as it'll take a few wins off Nets record and increase their chances at a higher pick.

Nobody wants Monroe, mcw, and a mid first round pick. The better option for the Nets is Milwaukee' s Parker and a first round pick. Milwaukee would probably not do that either.
