The splashbrothers run is over.
Thompson is injured and Russell and Curry is Curry and M ellis 2.0.

So why not rebuilt arround Russell and K Thompson and get younger assets. Curry is 31 and butler is 30 so that Miami 2023 and 2025 pick could be lottery picks. Adebayo is a promising center, Winslow is a good third option in that team and he can play defense. Herro can develop and gets playing time with K Thompson out. And dragic would be a great sixth man.

I just can't see GS trading Curry in his prime when he's meant so much to that franchise. It would be a pretty bad looking move. And Curry is just too good to trade to me.

I'd rather wait out Klay, then trade Russell if it comes to trading one of them.

Cause a shooter can shoot even if he can’t move well. Curry will always be able to average 20 a game even in his late years just because he’s one of if not the best shooter of all time. Don’t trade him in his prime unless you get a star back.

They added DLo as to get something back for Durant. He'll be the one who is traded if/ when Klay is back and healthy.
