IND gets Harris, pick 21, 2 2nds from Phi
NOP gets Turner, McDermott(salary match)
Phi gets Holiday

SAC gets Horford, J Rich, '21 1st, Zaire Smith, '23 1st or 2 2nds
PHI gets Hield, Barnes, Bjelica

Coach: Hopefully not MD or this wouldn't happen
Holiday/Milton
Hield/Korkmaz
Barnes/Thybulle
Simmons/Bjelica
Embiid

Brogdon
Oladipo
Warren
Harris
Sabonis

Ball
JJ
Ingram
Zion
Turner

Fox
J Rich
Bogdanovic
Bagley
Horford

1st trade benefits all teams imo. Sabonis can play the 5, NOP gets spacing 5 next to Zion, Philly gets PG who can shoot and score

2nd trade definitely helps PHI fill the roster, SAC doesn't want Hield and gets a defensive player on their timeline and a center to allow Bagley to play PF withsome assets as well. Not 100% of value on this 2nd trade though.

First, you can't trade back-to-back No. 1 picks.
That aside, Philly won't be able to dump Harris and Horford (and their bad contracts) and still get quality in return like Holiday, Hield and Bjelica. Won't happen.
76ers' best shot might be to run back the same group next season and hope for a better result. Maybe a new coach will be able to figure out the Embiid/ Horford issue.

You can trade 2020 and 2021 picks on draft night.
