Hey MD would you do this trade?

Cleveland receives: Jonathan Isaac and Markelle Fultz

Orlando receives: Kevin Love, '22 top 10 prot. first and '24 top 10 prot. first.

Why?

Cleveland gets a wing who plays great defense and absorbs Fultz contract, who the Magic don't need with the addition of Suggs.

Magic dump Fultz and get two first round picks.

Orlando would rather have Fultz's contract than Love's. If the picks were unprotected they may do the deal but not with the protections as they are likely to fall into top 10 range. Either way, adding Isaac makes the trade unbelievable. Isaac when healthy is in the running for DPOY.

Take first to offload Love. That’s means only value Magic get is 1st for Isaac and Fultz.
