Why would Portland want Fox when they’re about to pay Simons a whole bunch. Another PG would kill a huge chunk of the Blazer fanbase after trading two away at the deadline.

I don’t really think Portland has close to the assets to move up in the top 3. I think Fox/ Simons would be a pretty great young back court.
