Why?
Cleveland swings for the fences and hope Kuminga can be their future @ SF.
Golden State gets a lottery pick and they save a ton of money in taxes.

Kuminga makes too little with way too much upside to just dump.

If GS does look to reduce their tax, it has to be Wiggins. If Klay wasn’t Klay, it would probably be him. But I don’t see how they break Steph/ Klay/ Draymond up.
