This raptors celtics trade.

Raptors get brown and white.


Celtics get OG, Trent Jr., Birch and 2 first round picks.

Why raptors do this.

Raptors get a more offensive player who can take over games and become a super star for this team. They also get a nice back up guard who can help in the back court as a 6th man player.

They lose size and youth. But they get a much better player in return.

Why do the celtics do this.

It's simple they ruined the team chemistry with the kd offer and browns going to demand a trade before the end of season if they faulter at any point.

Second reason they get a much better supporting case and two first round picks which can be traded ot used to get sold players back. Oh and the supporting case is a something to prove OG and Trent. And both has been solid defenders in the league specially OG this will give Tatum a better chance on defense by not gauding the best player anymore.

Easily nowhere near enough from Toronto. Boston will get much more from trading Brown if they decide to do so.

I don't dislike this trade.

Boston is trading the best player, but Anunoby and Trent are usefull players. It depends if Boston wants to give a max contract to Brown

I've been really low on Brown ever since people've been saying he's better than Siakam, but I'm not blind as to thinking that Trent and OG will become superstars. Boston very likely says no.
