NBA draft is approaching and the Pistons are reported to be intrigued by Lamelo Ball, so if this is true:

Detroit-Golden State

Detroit gets: 2nd pick (Lamelo Ball), Andrew Wiggins & Kevon Looney

Golden State gets: 7th pick (Isaac Okoro), Blake Griffin & Luke Kennard

Pistons get their chance to draft Lamelo Ball

The Warriors gets rid of Wiggins' salaries while getting a shorter contract. On top of that, they still get a lottery pick and a shooter to play as starter or off the bench

I wouldn't be surprise of Presti can get more 1sts from Adams, Green & Rubio the way things are going and multiple number of fans will disagree.

I think presti is better because he trades well and has a history drafting mvp players and great role players like Ibaka.

Replace Green with Oubre, but yeah, he’s got 3 more firsts he can pull out of the vets on that roster. Heck, if he gets lucky he might be able to get assets out of Gallinari too.

Instead of replacing Green, just put Oubre in the group. I believe Presti has the ability to land a late 1st for Green (still not believing in him? ) . So many contenders there might want a finals vet.

Probably i will get smashed for this idea. Sorry guys but i've got to throw it in. A lot of Westbrook/Harden deals right now but there are 2 teams that could actually be a good destination for Westbrook. What do you think about the ff:

1) Utah: A Westbrook for Conley swap. Probably some pieces could be involved. Tucker/Oneale involvement plus maybe some picks?
- when i watch the Jazz and they struggle, it is noticeable that they don't really have someone to create other than Mitchell. Westbrook could help Mitchell do the load of creating. The Rockets take a non ball dominant point guard who fits Harden well.

See potential Jazz roster:

Westbrook/Mitchell/Bogdanovic/Tucker/Gobert

2) How about the Pacers? Throw in Brogdon (hard to let go though), Lamb, McDermott & Leaf for Westbrook & Covington

Kinda hard to create a package especially when involving a young borderline allstar potential guy in Brogdon but Russ can bring Pacers some revenue. He and Dipo actually played well together in OKC but their partnership just didn't last that long. A second chance? In the east? Could be interesting.

Potential roster for Pacers

Westbrook/Oladipo/Warren/Covington/Sabonis or Turner

Got to put one of Sabonis or Turner because a litlle small ball line up looks good around Westbrook.

Variation: Turner, McDermott & Lamb + protected 1st for Westbrook & Tucker :)

I believe a good portion of players (star players? ) want to see some kind of change. Too afraid that if they keep playing, thing will go back to "normal" and "normal" is getting people unneccesarily killed by the police.

Would not be surpised to see games postponed until the investigation into the police shooting is completed at a minimum. Not really sure how the shooting of protestors will play into this.
