Bad for Kings, #4 would only be traded for someone in the Siakam, Mitchell category type of players potentially available if Kings feel to compete.

2.) 23 May 2022 23:03:04
Why for Sacramento?

3.) 24 May 2022 01:20:16
Na, Kings just wait to get Wood next year when he is a uFA.

4.) 24 May 2022 01:22:32
Might as just say #3 for Holmes + #4.

5.) 24 May 2022 01:43:40
I don’t Holmes would be worth it to trade back from one of the top 3 bigs.

2.) 19 May 2022 10:12:49
pretty simple.

3.) 19 May 2022 11:01:17
Well, that explanation cleared it up. SMH.

Seems a lot for the Hawks to give imo

I think Hunter and 1st can get Grant

I’d definitely take Collins Capela Okongwu and 1st over Gobert.

2.) 09 May 2022 23:42:36
thats essentially what they give up for Grant
&
definitely same, just can see something like this happening.

Can Utah trade the 2023 pick?

2.) 30 Apr 2022 22:16:35
If not, send them the next two available 1sts.

3.) 30 Apr 2022 22:36:47
Utah does not have two available first because of the 2022 going to Memphis and the 2024 protected to OKC until 2026. Utah can offer a first that is 2 years after the 2024 pick is sent to OKC which can be 2026-2029 once the new season begins and the 2029 picks are available to be traded.

4.) 30 Apr 2022 22:50:40
Reroute the pick they get from BKN and send one of theirs.

5.) 01 May 2022 01:07:00
So you are trying to get these deals done before the lottery so that Indy can actually make the pick with the rerouted pick from Philly via Brooklyn? so let's go through the issues.

Clarkson cannot be traded until he opts into his player option for next year. Those normally occur after the draft and before the new fiscal year.

Since we are doing this in the current fiscal year, Utah will be taking on an additional $2.5 mil in salary on the first trade which would be subject to the luxury tax as Utah is already over the luxury cap.

6.) 01 May 2022 03:06:04
So do it in the order, that makes it doable. These teams know how to do the things around the edges to get deals done. this general idea is good enough guy.

7.) 01 May 2022 03:43:16
You are missing the point. Jump all through these hoops, pay more in salary and luxury tax to create a team that is not significantly better than the current team is just dumb.

Cavaliers receive: Caris Levert, Kenrich Williams, & Theo Maledon

Thunder receive: Colin Sexton

Hornets: Myles Turner & Justin Holiday

Pacers receive: PJ Washington, Ricky Rubio, Kelly Oubre, Ish Smith, 2022 PHX 1st from OKC, 2024 Top 8 Protected 1st from CLE, 2025 Top 5 Protected 1st from CHA

Cavs get a good SG at a lower price than Sexton will command in the off season. Levert's size will add a new dimension to the Cavs backcourt that they have missed in recent years. Kenrich Williams is an excellent rotation player who brings hustle, playmaking and defense. Theo Maledon is a talented playmaker and can develop on his rookie contract in CLE.

Thunder take an upside swing on a dynamic combo guard recovering from injury. OKC has more cap space than any team and are not necessarily looking to sign win now vets in free agency. They can pay sexton and see if he can create a new dynamic three guard lineup with SGA and Giddey.

Hornets finally get the big they have been after for a while. Turner helps legitimatize and stabilize the defense and Holiday is a solid wing to add to the rotation.

Pacers take on an injured expiring contract in Ricky Rubio as they look towards the future. They receive a good young big in PJ Washington who needs more playing time. Kelly Oubre helps make the money work and fills a gap left after these moves. The selling point if this trade is the 3 1st round picks they receive as they delve into their first rebuild in recent times.
