If I were the Magic, I'd give 3 first rd picks starting 2023 for this year's 4th pick.

The 1 thing the Magic won't need after this year is more Rookies. They need 2-3 years to generate team chemistry. Why not keep the #5 and 8 Picks and offer Houston 3 first round picks starting in 2022 and Terrence Ross for #2. Magic are at the bottom of the league and those draft picks along with Houstons probable high picks will rebuild their Harden debacle in just 3 years. Houston needs more than 1 player. For the Magic, they are loaded with young talent to develop. They hired a coach that can develop them. Grab the best 3 scorers this year and concentrate on building these guys. No need to add more Rookies for next 3 years.

Magic are already in the middle of a rebuild. Evan F & Nick V are the last pieces to be moved either to a back up roll or traded for future starters.
Warriors Get: Evan F & Nick V.
Magic Get: Wiggins / 2nd Pick
This trade gives Warriors the center they need with added scoring off bench.
Gives the Magic a player in Wiggins that matches their persona and a shooting guard in A. Edwards that along side Fultz, will make a competitive back court.

JI is not going anywhere for Magic. People who are saying this NEVER saw him play. He could have played last season but the Magic chose to let him recover more and to allow for the tank. Watch out for the Magic this upcoming season. Defensively, top 5.
