If I had top 4 picks it will be either Russell, Okafor, Towns, or Mudiay not WCS

Both Lin and Nash's contracts expire at the end of the year, you can't trade them unless they have been re-signed, and the Knicks don't want either guy in that scenario.

Also 100% agree with the guy above regarding WCS. You don't take him in the top 4.
