Don't think Bulls have that much cap, each starter is getting paid at least 14m.

@NBA Rose's contract would be up after the year so it would be one year, if that, in the tax.

If Matt Barnes is getting 14m (I'm assuming you understood that by what you said), then I'm getting an upgrade at PF for 14m/ yr. lol.
