Denver is trying to win a title and this doesn’t help them do that. They have plenty of young talent in house. They can deal with Porter’s injury risks and he may be the second star/ allstar caliber wing that helps them get better. At worse, he’s an interesting piece in a trade for a star. They have no reason to trade him without getting a star back.

Knicks would have a better chance at trying to trade for CJ McCollum rather than DBook w/ what they have to offer (Barrett, Randle, Portis, picks, etc. )
