- trade J.Hill, J.Randle and 4th pick for D.Cousins and C.Landry
- draft J.Anderson (27th pick)
- trade 34th pick for J.Jack
- trade N.Young for CHA's 2017 2nd round pick
- sign C.Brewer (3-year, 24M)
- resign E.Davis (3-year, 20M)
- sign A.Aminu (2-year, 6M: includes player option) via room exception
- sign D.Buycks, J.Brown and J.Hamilton (1-year, min.)


Clarkson - Jack - Buycks
Bryant - Anderson - Brown

It won't be enough for cousins. The fourth pick is nice. But Randel and hill have lower value right now. Randel because of the injury and hill was just in a terrible team last year.

I don't see this team as a playoff team. Cousin's is still incapable of carrying a team alone as we see in Sacramento and Kobe Bryant is too old to help carry even half of the load. and if the Lakers have 18 million after taking on Cousin's contract I wouldn't spend it all on 2 role players on Davis and Brewer.
