PISTONS - HAWKS

PISTONS GETS:
SF KYLE KORVER
2015 2ND ROUND PICK (50)

HAWKS GETS:
SF CARTIER MARTIN
PF ANTHONY TOLLIVER
2015 2ND ROUND PICK (38)
2018 2ND ROUND PICK (TOP 45 PROTECTED)

PISTONS get needed 3 point shooting

HAWKS get a higher 2nd rounder to pick up depth and save almost 2 million next year and 5 million the following year AND having martin and tolliver, they both started to play better at the end of the season, so a change of scenery with a better chance to start would help both player and if the hawks want to, they get release tolliver and get more money to spend to get a top free agent

PISTONS - LAKERS

PISTONS GETS
PF RYAN KELLY
2015 1ST ROUND PICK (2)
2018 2ND ROUND PICK (*)
2019 2ND ROUND PICK (*)

(*) only would be traded to pistons if their 2018 1st round pick is traded and would then be unprotected picks

LAKERS GETS:
PG BRANDON JENNINGS
PF GREG MONROE (S&T)
2015 1ST ROUND PICK (8)
2018 1ST ROUND PICK (TOP 20 PROTECTED)

PISTONS get a higher pick that can be used to get a good duo with Drummond and Kelly who is depth at PF/C and a possible 2 2nd rounders

LAKERS get Jennings who can help right away, Monroe who can be a good addition to the lakers and they also get the 8th pick and a possible 1st rounder in 2018

PISTONS - WARRIORS - 76ERS

PISTONS GETS:
2015 1ST ROUND PICK (30) (GS)
2015 2ND ROUND PICK (58) (PHI)
2015 2ND ROUND PICK (60) (PHI)
2016 1ST ROUND PICK (OKC PICK) (PHI)

WARRIORS GETS:
2015 2ND ROUND PICK (47) (PHI)
2016 2ND ROUND PICK (TOP 45 PROTECTED) (DET)

76ERS GETS:
PF DAVID LEE (GS)
2019 2ND ROUND PICK (UNPROTECTED) (GS)
SG JODIE MEEKS (DET)

PISTONS get the 30th pick plus 2 late 2nd rounders that would be used as depth and a 2016 pick that is the thunders pick that is protected for picks 1-15 but if it falls in that area then the pistons would then get the 2018 and 2019 2nd round picks AND save 6 million by trading meeks

WARRIORS save a lot of money to resign green

76ERS get lee and meeks to help the team in scoring (lee can start at PF) and a 2019 2nd rounder
=============================================
1 (2)
DUKE
PF/C JAHLIL OKAFOR
can be part of a better duo with Drummond then Monroe was at PF

1 (30)
WASHINGTON
PF/C ROBERT WASHINGTON
Washington can play well enough to be the backup center

2 (50)
LATVIA
PF/C ANDZEJS PASECNIKS
pasecniks has the potential to be a top 20 pick but his skinny frame and him starting to play better will hurt his stock but getting him at the 50th pick would help as it could be a draft and stash for 2 years and bring him over and perhaps gain 30 pounds in the process to be at 7'1" 250lbs and be a steal at the 50th pick

2 (58)
DUKE
PG/SG QUINN COOK
he most likely would be the 3rd PG on most teams depth chart at PG but can benefit playing alongside okafor

2 (60)
MICHIGAN STATE
SG/SF BRANDEN DAWSON
drafting dawson with the last pick would be a good choice as he's from Michigan and fans like him and he has the potential to be like Isiah Thomas a few years ago when he was drafted at the 60th pick and now is a starter
=============================================
- PG REGGIE JACKSON
4 YEARS $60,000,000
($15,000,000 TEAM OPTION FOR 5TH YEAR)
jackson was not traded for and not resign, gundy feels jackson is a near lock to return

- SG KYLE SINGLER
3 YEARS $12, 500,000
($7, 500,000 TEAM OPTION FOR 4TH YEAR)
I like singler and having him back would help at SG/SF off the bench with spot starts and the fact after the trade to OKC, he didn't play as well

- SF JIMMY BUTLER
2 YEARS $35,000,000
($15,000,000 PLAYER OPTION FOR 3RD YEAR)
butler wants a short offer and this would be that as he would be making $15,000,000 this year and $20,000,000 next year with a player option of $15,000,000 for a 3rd year

- C JOEL ANTHONY
1 YEAR $ VET MININUM
well he knows gundys play system from this past year, he can be a reliable 3rd C and he would like to be back and the pistons would too but only for a vet minimum

with this team, the pistons should be conference contenders with the finals chance getting a whole lot better with this team and with this roster and the starting 5 of jackson - pope - butler - okafor - Drummond could be a top 3 rotation in basketball AND the team upgrades at 3 point shooting, defense/rebounding and a more depth wise team as this past year was

SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??

good roster but not a contender

In your scenario with the Sixers, it looks like the Sixers trade 3 2nd rounders plus the OKC 1st rounder and get back in return David Lee (and his huge contract), a protected 2nd rounder, and Jody Meeks (who they probably do not want).

Perhaps the Sixers could throw Noel and the #3 pick into the deal to make it more balanced?

Just to be clear, the Warriors are not receiving anything good for David Lee. His contract is enormous and he's not a contributor. That OKC pick that you have the Sixers trading they acquired by taking on a huge contact in J. Mcgee. Now you're suggesting they take on another huge contract and give the pick to another team?

Come on, man.

Again you can't do S&T before the draft.

Atl says no. We've already had both those guys, and let them go.

5.) 22 Jun 2015

Lakers say no because you can't sign and trade before the draft and we trade 2 second round picks for a pick that probably won't convey if it's top 20 protected

Terrible trade idea Sixers pass a million time out of a million.

This is just another stupid trade for the sixers
