Blazers: (extremely rough draft)

-offer max to Tristan Thompson (4yr/70m)

-offer JR Smith (3yr/27-30m)

-Blazers-Boston

Blazers get Evan Turner, 2nd round pick
Boston gets Noah Vonleh, Chris Kaman

Lillard/McCollum/
Henderson/Smith/
Turner/Farouq Aminu/
Thompson/Davis/
Plumlee/Leonard/

*Blazers at least lead division again and get home court. Also, Henderson and Turner have expiring contracts(for next year free agency cap space) as well as option to maintain Plumlee and McCollum(team option next year).

It would be extremely unwise for a lottery bound team to sign JR Smith to that kind of contract. The Blazers could make Thompson a max offer but the Cavs will almost certainly match it.

You think the blazers will lead the division AND get home court with that mess of a lineup? No chance

They would not lead the division. OKC (unless Durant misses time again) will lead the division. I even think the Blazers would be 3rd behind the Jazz.

You are aware that the Oklahoma City Thunder are in that division too right?

I have hope for Vonleh even though he had a rough rookie season I'm not moving him for Evan Turner.

If you're going to be lottery bound, at least do it with young players that can grow.

But then again, I'm a Sixers fan. If they lose 60 again.

Cavs most likely to match but I could see Jr Smith

How would they lead the division again when you have durant Westbrook and co

Only going off the history of big men(Durant is a big guy who is extremely athletic) and foot problems. Yes, if Durant returns to 2013-2014 Durant, the Blazers wouldn't win the division with this past season's team.
