Warriors pass. Why would they make a blockbuster? They won the championship because of their depth, they're not going to trade it all away. And Melo is overpaid and always hurt.

Overpaid? possibly. However not really with the cap boosts coming. Always hurt? Dude has averaged 70 games a year for 12 years. What a sensationalized statement. I will not debate if he is overpaid. Guy gets a ton of money, but fact is he is still VERY tradable at any point. To say he is always hurt is just ridiculous. He shut it down for a team that was clearly tanking to get a relatively routine knee clean-up. Far cry from ALWAYS hurt.

Fact is. Melo plays more games per year than Stephan Curry and far more than Bogut. Whoopsy

I think my should do this. Dump melo and finally start their rebuild by tanking through the draft. Barnes isn't bad either.

Ok fine, even if Melo plays and isn't terribly overpaid, how do you think Melo fits in the Warriors offense which stresses ball movement? How do you think he helps them keep their #1 defense? Melo just doesn't fit on the Warriors. And Barnes/Iggy/Livingston were 3/8 of the warriors 8 man rotation in game 6 that won them the title. And again, they just won the championship why would they blow things up? I'm not saying their record will be better than last year because 67 wins is tough to do, but I think they will definitely be a better team than last year as now everybody is more comfortable in Kerr's offense, plus Steph/Klay/Barnes/Draymond/Ezeli are all still improving.
