Young wouldn't fit what the Cavs are looking for out of a perimeter player. They want a shooter who doesn't dominate the ball and is aggressive on defense (JR Smith). Maybe if Young changes his style of play he'd fit in but he isn't a natural fit. Not worth trading Osman.
