A different 76ers draft scenario

Lottery:
-76ers own pick lands at #3
-Lakers pick lands at #4, conveys to 76ers

-Trade Okafor, #24 and #26 pick to Twolves for #5 pick and Muhammad

Draft:
3-Buddy Hield
4-Jaylen Brown
5-Jamal Murray
39-Zhou Qi (Draft and Stash)

Free agency:
-Bring over Dario Saric
-Re-sign Ish Smith 2yr 16m
-Sign Mike Miller and Joel Anthony to be veterans and leaders
-Waive Carl Landry

Lineup:
Murray/ Smith/ McConnell
Hield/ Stauskas/ Thompson
Brown/ Covington/ Miller
Saric/ Grant/ Holmes
Noel/ Embiid/ Anthony

This team should finally win more than 20 games.

Heres the issue. a team with so many 20 year olds will find it extremely tough to win. If this scenerio were to take place I would probably keep Oakfor and just drAft 3 and 4 as best none big players I can get at those spots. They have so much money that they almost have to over pay in free agency just to reach the cap floor so This leaves them some roster spots open to sign those vets.
I would sign vets to huge one year deals and use my cap space the following season.

Personally, I don't think the Wolves would want Okafor, his style of play doesn't really fit with the rest of the team. And I think the Wolves would rather just add one rookie with more potential that can fill a need than Okafor and two lesser rookies.

Minnesota doesn't want Okafor. They need a stretch 4, not a low post scorer.
