LA gets Crowder, Olynyk, Rozier/ D. Jackson, jerekbo and future first.

Boston gets Griffin

There are rumors that the clippers are looking to sign kd. With this trade they clear 5 or 10 million dollars depending on if they keep jerekbo. While also clearing money they get a good stretch 5 in olynyk, a good 3 and d forward, a backup point guard, and a future first. The clippers would then be able to offer kd the max and a team with and elite pass first point guard, a top 5 center, a really good coach and a team that now has much better depth than before. And after signing kd, the clips would still have 5 to 10 million to sign other free agents and then could go over the cap to resign Crawford, and possibly w. Johnson and rivers.

I think Boston would be willing to give up that package for Blake. Boston gets its star, and if kd were to leave okc, the team put in place by that trade in LA would be hard to resist.

That would be a great team but it would be contingent on KD's approval first. If he said he'd 100% join if they made that deal (I think that would be as attractive a team as any as he has best pure pg in the league, arguably top center in the league (first all-team nba) and wouldn't have to compete with anyone for shots plus LA isn't a bad place to live although I don't think Durant has that personality) I think they definitely pull the trigger. I don't think this offer is attractive enough for them to do it first in an attempt to attract him since from a pure value perspective they are getting robbed by Boston especially when it isn't clearing up an awful amount of cap space. LA could do a similar deal with the Nuggets.

I think leaves the Clips front line too short of talent. Crowder' snot a four, and Jerekbo and Olynyk are not aspiring either.

. a package of Chriss/ bender and knight/ Bledsoe would be better then the Celtics offer above, and it still doesn't land a star like griffin imo.
