I like cousins going to Boston, but i think thats's to much.
Cousins is a top three center. But he can't bring his team into the playoffs and he has attitude problems.
He need another team and that decrease his value.

If i were Boston, i should offer: Smart, Crowder The 2018 Nets pick and the 2019 Memphis pick. There are other options, so they don't have to overpay.

Just to make sure Gasupo. you said you think it's an overpay. And your alteration is. wait for it. instead of giving Bostons 2017 1st, which will likely be very late first round. you want to give the 2019 Memphis pick that has small limitations and would absolutely be a better pick?

Thats the change? You actually give more value? Am I missing something?

Boston can't trade their 2017 Pick. They have a swap with Brooklyn so if Boston Trades their pick. they are basically trading Brooklyns because then that team would get the better of the boston/ Brooklyn pick which should be TOP 3
That is why the 2017 pick has more value then MEM 2019.

The Boston 2017 pick has a swap option, with the Nets pick, so that could become the nr 1 pick next year.
I don't think the Memphis pick is going to be a lottery pick, Memphis is going to make the playoffs the next two years.

Boston does not need Cousins. They have Al Horford at center. They need a power forward like Blake Griffin.
